Math Club

This Club is a dynamic after school program that helps reinforce elementary mathematical concepts with fun and hands-on activities. The broader goal of Math Club is to stimulate children’s curiosity through logic-based games and activities that foster deductive reasoning and strategic problem solving.

Young Artists

Join us for fun and exciting art classes! Students pursue self-expressive style while studying a variety of artistic masters from Monet and Van Gogh to more contemporary artists like Keith Haring and Red Grooms. Bee Bot Robotics

This friendly little robot is a fun and effective tool for introducing children to concepts of computing, coding, sequencing, estimation and problem solving. Directional keys on the device are used to enter up to forty commands that send Bee-Bot forward, back, left and right. Sturdy construction and colorful design entice children to put Bee-Bot through its paces, and keeps students engaged at every stage of development as they learn to assemble more creative and complex command sequences.

Chess Club

World-renowned chess master and champion Ben Johnson takes his regular classroom instruction to the next level in our After School Chess Club. In this challenging and rewarding program, children learn defensive and offensive strategies and develop the concentration skills required for more advanced chess playing. The program fosters effective sportsmanship and healthy competition.

Drama Club

This Club provides children with an additional outlet for self-expression through the performing arts. Theater and improvisation lessons teach self-esteem as well as public speaking and teamwork skills. Costumes and creativity come together in this fun and supportive environment. The club culminates in a year-end performance in the barn auditorium.

Music Instruction

Complementing rich music curriculum, the school offers various extracurricular programs for students of all ages. “Mommy and Me” music classes for our youngest students allows them to get creative and establish basic instrumental foundations while bonding with their parents. Suzuki violin, piano, guitar and woodwinds instruction programs are also offered. Sessions happen throughout the year and vary between 30, 45 and 60 minutes.

Certified teachers help bolster your child’s academic acumen and build self-confidence in a supportive, engaging, and fun environment. All subjects in grades K through 5 are offered, and exploration into topics of interest is encouraged. Tutoring staff varies from year to year, and additional instruction is based on the student’s individual needs.
